We help creators escape
human trafficking, financial
exploitation, and abusive
OnlyFans agency practices.

Thousands of creators sign with agencies that promise to handle everything — and end up with no login, no money, and a tax bill for revenue they never received. We exist to stop that.

■ We never take a cut of creator revenue. Free. Confidential. Judgment-free.

The scam · explained in 60 seconds

It almost always works the same way.

If any of this sounds familiar, you are not stupid and you are not alone — this is an industry-wide playbook, and it's built to be invisible until the tax bill arrives.

01

They take your login.

The agency creates or takes over your account. You never get the credentials — you can't even see your own revenue.

02

They control the payout — and the bank account.

Your earnings flow to a Paxum, Cosmo or Skrill wallet, then to a bank account — often opened in your name, verified with your ID, controlled by them. You can't access it. But that bank reports every inflow to the government — under your name.

03

They keep the money.

Up to 100% of revenue lands in their wallet, then moves to their bank account — managing your money with no banking license and no oversight.

04

They tell you taxes don't exist.

"We handle everything." You get a small salary — often in crypto, never an invoice, never a contract that would hold up anywhere.

05

The bill arrives — addressed to you.

The platform reports your account's full revenue to tax authorities every year — and the bank reports the inflows. The government sees all the income under your name — and none of the agency's cut.

Case example · what the government sees
Platform gross revenue$284,000
→ Agency-controlled wallet−$284,000
"Salary" paid in crypto$9,120
Invoices received0
Reported under her name$284,000
Her tax bill (est. 30%)$85,200
What she actually kept$9,120

You made the content. They made the money. You get the tax bill.

Red flags

If any of these apply to you, read on.

You don't have the login to your own account
You can't see your account's revenue dashboard
Your payout wallet was verified with your ID — but the agency controls it
You get paid in crypto or cash — no invoice, no contract
They told you that you don't need to pay taxes or register a business
You've never seen a written statement of what your account earned

One of these is a problem. Three or more means you're likely being exploited right now.

Business, not hobby

The government doesn't care who made the money.

It's your account. It's your revenue. The tax office treats you as a business from day one — whether you knew it or not. So treat it like one.

Your name. Your revenue.

The account and the payouts are verified with your ID. Legally, every dollar is your income — no matter who actually kept it.

No invoices? No expenses.

Without a registered business and real invoices from your agency, their cut isn't deductible. You'll be taxed on the full revenue — not the fraction you received.

Blaming them won't save you.

Report the agency. Help the investigation. Do all of it — but none of it cancels your tax bill. The debt stays in your name.

Register a business. Demand invoices. File every year. Boring paperwork is exactly what makes you impossible to scam.

What we do

Free help, at every stage.

Education

Plain-language guides on how platform revenue reporting actually works, what tax authorities see, and what a fair contract looks like.

Emergency help

Lost access to your account or earnings? We help you document everything, regain control, and connect with vetted lawyers — many pro bono.

Tax triage

Already facing a bill for money you never received? Voluntary disclosure, payment plans and evidence can dramatically change the outcome. The worst move is doing nothing.

Accountability

We collect creator reports, document patterns, and publish warnings — so the next creator can check an agency before she signs.

The standard

What a fair deal actually looks like.

So you know exactly what to demand — any agency that resists these terms is telling you who they are.

You hold the account login. Always. No exceptions.
You control the payout. Money lands with you first — the agency invoices you for its share, not the other way around.
A written contract with a defined revenue split, payment schedule, and exit terms.
Real invoices, real records. Monthly statements you can verify against your own dashboard.
Honest tax guidance. You register, you file, you deduct the agency fee as a business expense.
Your ID verifies only what you control. Never lend your identity to someone else's wallet.
If you're in it right now

Four steps. Start today.

  1. Don't confront the agency yet. Quietly document everything: messages, payments, screenshots, wallet details, every promise they made.
  2. Reclaim your account. Contact platform support directly — the account and the wallet are verified with your ID.
  3. Talk to a tax advisor before the government talks to you. Voluntary disclosure almost always ends better than getting caught.
  4. Reach out to us. Confidential, free, judgment-free.

You are not out of options.

We'll help you document your case, regain control, and find the right professionals — at no cost, with no cut, ever.
